Join us for the 2024 Annual Conference focused on "Building Sustainable Futures: A Virtual Conversation" through our virtual conference format.
Sessions will be held November 12 through November 14 from 11:30AM - 5:00PM EST. All conference sessions will be presented virtually through Zoom. Links for the sessions will be distributed to registrants prior to the conference.
A new member and first-time attendee virtual reception will be held on Monday, November 11 at 4:00PM EST.
NAEPSDP welcomes both members and nonmembers to attend our annual conference.
PAYMENT:
All payments are due at the time of registration by credit card only. After making your payment, you will receive a confirmation payment receipt by e-mail. Your conference registration will not be complete until Wild Apricot Payments/AffiniPay officially accepts your payment. You have 15 minutes to complete your registration and enter payment information.
Student Registrations
2025 membership dues not paid with conference registration are due January 1, 2025. Regular and affiliate membership $75, student membership $25.
CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds, less a $50 fee, will be granted for cancellations received in writing via email prior to 11:59 PM EST October 31, 2024. No refunds will be made after November 1. You may transfer your conference registration to another eligible person within your organization by October 31. E-mail cancellation and transfer requests to bb@utk.edu. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
