Conference Registration Open!
Submit Your Session Proposals through July 19, 2024!
Are you ready to share your innovative ideas, best practices, and successes with your peers? Would you enjoy facilitating a roundtable discussion to share ideas and talk through common challenges?
The NAEPSDP Conference Committee is requesting presentation proposals for the 2024 virtual annual conference to be held November 12 - 14, 2024. Topics relating directly to the conference them are strongly encouraged, but all proposal submissions will be given full consideration.
This conference will feature the following format sessions:
- Presentations -- 30 minutes (including 5 minutes of Q&A)
- Workshops -- 60 minutes
- Lightning Talks -- 5 minutes
- Posters
- Roundtables -- 60 or 75 minutes
Please see the guidelines for submissions that is linked below for details on preparing an abstract. These guidelines will include the direct link to submit your proposal via Oxford Abstracts.

All submissions for portal sessions are due by July 19, 2024 at 11:59PM EDT. Selected proposals must be accepted with at least one author registered for the conference by September 30, 2024.
