Join us for the 2024 Annual Conference focused on
"Building Sustainable Futures: A Virtual Conversation"
through our virtual conference format.

CONFERENCE DATES: 

Sessions will be held November 12 through November 14 from 11:30AM - 5:00PM EST. All conference sessions will be presented virtually through Zoom. Links for the sessions will be distributed to registrants prior to the conference.

A new member and first-time attendee virtual reception will be held on Monday, November 11 at 4:00PM EST. 

HOW TO REGISTER:

NAEPSDP welcomes both members and nonmembers to attend our annual conference.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFO:

• Members must log into your member account on the Association website to receive the member rates. To qualify for the member rate your dues must have been paid prior to June 30, 2024.

• If you are a member registering a non-member, do not log into the NAEPSDP website before going to the registration page to register the non-member. Make sure you enter the attendee's email address during the registration process. 

• The registration options available to you depend on your NAEPSDP membership status. Only the option available to you will be displayed.

• Please have credit card information available when you begin the registration process. You have 15 minutes to complete the registration form and enter payment information.

REGISTRATION windows:

• Registrations completed by 11:59 PM EST, Monday, September 30 will be guaranteed conference swag (mailed to registrant's mailing address provided in registration). Registrations received after this date will receive conference swag while supplies last. 
• The final registration deadline is 12:00 PM EST, Friday, November 8.
• BONUS!!!  The first 50 people to register will receive a $10 coupon code to use in the NEW NAEPSDP Clothing Online Store! Codes will be unique and can only be used once!  The Online Store will be open August 1-September 15.

PAYMENT:   

All payments are due at the time of registration by credit card only. After making your payment, you will receive a confirmation payment receipt by e-mail. Your conference registration will not be complete until Wild Apricot Payments/AffiniPay officially accepts your payment. You have 15 minutes to complete your registration and enter payment information.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION RATES:

NAEPSDP Members (2024 dues were paid by 6/30/24)

• Regular -- $175
• Regular Plus 2025 Dues -- $250

Non-NAEPSDP Members

• Regular -- $225
• Regular Plus 2025 Dues -- $300

Student Registrations

• Student Member -- $75
• Student Non-Member -- $100

2025 membership dues not paid with conference registration are due January 1, 2025. Regular and affiliate membership $75, student membership $25. 

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Refunds, less a $50 fee, will be granted for cancellations received in writing via email prior to 11:59 PM EST October 31, 2024. No refunds will be made after November 1.  You may transfer your conference registration to another eligible person within your organization by October 31. E-mail cancellation and transfer requests to bb@utk.edu. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
