2020 Annual NAEPSDP Virtual Conference

  • Available only for individuals specifically invited by NAEPSDP to attend the annual conference as a guest

The 2020 annual National Association of Extension Program and Staff Development Professionals (NAEPSDP) Conference will be held virtually this year via Zoom Dec. 1-3, 2020.  To view the tentative conference schedule, select the following link.

HOW TO REGISTER: To register for the conference, select the "Register" button at the bottom of this page.  Select the registration type for your membership level (Regular, Lifetime, Affiliate, Student, or Non-Member) and if you want to pay your NAEPSDP dues along with your conference registration fee.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFO FOR NAEPSDP MEMBERS:

  • Make sure you are logged into the association website to receive the member rates. 
If you have not paid your 2020 dues, you will need to select the option that has membership dues PLUS registration.
  • If registering as a non-member, do not log into the website before going to the registration page. 
Make sure you enter your email address during the registration process.
  • The registration options available to you will depend on your NAEPSDP membership status and when you register. The options not available to you will be hidden on the registration form.

Registration for the 2020 conference will be available until November 23.  

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION RATES:

  • NAEPSDP Regular, Lifetime, or Affiliate Members - $125
  • Non-NAEPSDP Member  - $150
  • Student Member (full-time) - $75
  • Student Non-Member (full-time) - $100


PLEASE NOTE: Registrants who wish to pay their NAEPSDP membership dues at the same time as their conference registration may do so on the registration form by selecting the appropriate conference registration type that also includes the applicable membership dues (i.e. $75 for regular and affiliate members and $25 for student members).


All conference sessions will be presented virtually through Zoom.  Links for the sessions will be distributed to registrants prior to the conference.


CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds, minus a $15 fee, will be granted for cancellations received in writing via email prior to 11:59 PM Eastern Time November 2, 2020.  Registrants canceling between November 3 and 11:59 PM Eastern Time November 16 will receive a 75% refund of registration fees.  No refunds will be made after November 16.  Email cancellation requests to willisc01@fvsu.edu.  All refunds will be processed after the conference.
