The 2017 annual conference of the National Association of Extension Program and Staff Development Professionals (NAEPSDP) will be held at Green Valley Ranch Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada December 5-7, 2017. (Select the "Show details" link below for more information.)
TENTATIVE 2017 NAEPSDP Annual Conference Agenda
HOW TO REGISTER: To register for the conference, select the "Register" button on this page. NAEPSDP members should be logged into the Association website in order to register using the NAEPSDP member rates.
NAEPSDP MEMBERS: If you are registering for another individual who is not a member, do not log into the website using your member ID and password. Just go to the website and select the conference registration tab. Also, make sure you enter that individual's email address when asked for the email address during the registration process.
Registration for the 2017 conference will be available until November 27. There will be no on-site registration available.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION RATES:
- NAEPSDP Member (Early Bird by October 30, 2017) $395
- NAEPSDP Member (After October 30, 2017) $445
- Non-NAEPSDP Member (Early Bird by October 30, 2017) $495
- Non-NAEPSDP Member (After October 30, 2017) $545
- Full-Time Student (Proof of full-time status required) $395
To receive the NAEPSDP Member conference rate (either early-bird or regular), you must have your current year's dues paid in full by the time you register for the conference.
PLEASE NOTE: The registration options available to you will depend on your NAEPSDP membership status and when you register. The options not available to you will be hidden on the registration form.
IMPORTANT: When registering, NAEPSDP members should make sure they are logged into the NAEPSDP website using the same e-mail address that is used in their NAEPSDP membership profile on the Association website. This will allow members to access the member conference rates.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds, less a $50 fee, will be granted for cancellations received in writing via fax or email prior to 11:59 PM CDT November 10, 2017. Registrants cancelling between November 11 and 11:59 PM CDT November 27 will receive a 75% refund of registration fees. No refunds will be made after November 27. Email cancellation requests to firstname.lastname@example.org. Fax requests to (501) 671-2056. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
LODGING: If you have not done so already, you will need to make your lodging arrangements by clicking here to access our dedicated conference room reservation link or contacting the Green Valley Ranch Resort hotel reservation line, 702-617-7777 or 866-767-7773 and use the code GCINAC . You must reserve your lodging by Friday, November 3, 2017 to receive conference lodging rates.
