The 2022 annual conference of the National Association of Extension Program and Staff Development Professionals (NAEPSDP) will be held at the Sonesta Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, November 29-December 1, 2022.

NAEPSDP welcomes both members and nonmembers to attend our annual conference.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFO FOR NAEPSDP MEMBERS:

• You must log into your member account on the Association website to receive the member rates. To qualify for the member rate your dues must have been paid prior to June 30, 2022.

• If you are a member registering a non-member, do not log into the NAEPSDP website before going to the registration page to register the non-member. Make sure you enter the attendee's email address during the registration process. 

• The registration options available to you depend on your NAEPSDP membership status and the date you register. Only the option available to you will be displayed.

REGISTRATION WINDOWS:

• Late registration available from October 29 until November 14. 
• Registrations will not be accepted after November 14.  No on-site registrations will be accepted

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION RATES:

NAEPSDP Members (2022 dues were paid by 6/30/22)

• Late (October 29 - November14) + 2023 membership dues   $690

Non-NAEPSDP Members

• Late (October 29 - November14) + 2023 membership dues   $760

One Day Registration (Members or Non-Members)

• Late (October 29 - November14)  $300

2023 membership dues not paid with conference registration are due January 1, 2023. Regular and affiliate membership $75, student membership $25. 

LODGING: Lodging arrangements can be made on the Sonesta Hotel reservation website at: SONESTA HOTEL RESERVATION WEBSITE OR by contacting the hotel directly at 1-954-315-1460. Use the booking code NAEPSD11282022.  Individuals are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements, they are not booked during the conference registration process or included in the conference registration fee.

The conference room rates are $149 plus taxes (applies for Monday Night - Thursday checkout, depending on availability). You must reserve your lodging by Friday, October 28, 2022 to receive conference lodging rates. 

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds, less a $50 fee, will be granted for cancellations received in writing via email prior to 11:59 PM CDT October 28, 2022. Registrants cancelling between October 29 and 11:59 PM CDT November 14 will receive a 75% refund of registration fees. No refunds will be made after November 14.  E-mail cancellation requests to john.diaz@ufl.edu. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
