Membership

There are three membership levels:

Yearly Extension Professionals Membership $75 – Yearly Extension Professionals members are currently employed as Extension professionals with responsibilities or strong interests in program and staff development.

Lifetime Membership $300 – Lifetime members must have retired from the Cooperative Extension Service with responsibilities or a strong interest in program and staff development.

Yearly Active Student Membership $25 – Yearly Active Student members are graduate and undergraduate students in training for careers related to program and staff development in the Cooperative Extension Service.

Affiliate Membership $75 - Affiliate members include: 1) professionals with strong interests in program, staff, and organizational development, who are employed by a land-grant institution or USDA, but are not employed within the Cooperative Extension System or 2) individuals who are former NAEPSDP Active members but do not currently qualify for Active, Life, or Student membership.

Yearly Extension Professionals, Lifetime members, and Affiliate members in good standing with the Association shall be eligible to vote.  Yearly Extension Professionals and Lifetime members are eligible to receive national awards (NAEPSDP & JCEP), hold an elected office, and represent NAEPSDP through appointed positions on behalf of the board of directors and membership.
